Dear Outsurance & Mmapule Boya,<br> <br> During February 2015 I had a complaint regarding the time it was taking an Outsurance approved panel beater to repair my car, my complaint was handed to Mmapule Boya from Outsurance and let me tell you the service I received from this lady was one in a million, she spoke to the panel beaters and she kept me up-to-date every step of the way until I received my car back the first time and the 3 times thereafter I had to take the car back due to the very bad repairs that was done. The only reason I did not lose my cool was because of this lady and her remarkable way of dealing with Outsurance clients and doing everything possible to resolve a problem. Mmapule thank you for all your help & patience throughout this very bad ordeal you are truly a remarkable person.<br> <br>
