A huge Thank you to Tumie! never in my contact center experience have I been blessed to be assisted by a lady as lovely as her! From the moment the call was answered, she made me feel as if I had known her my entire life! I presented her with so many issues, she continuous has to call me back because I was caught up in situations that would hinder our conversation. But she kept getting back to me.

The premium quoted was high, but that would not have hindered my decision, because of her amazing personality!
