Best Insurance Company: OUTsurance

We have been with them for 19 years. Last year we were very unfortunate to do a major claim to our property due to a municipal water mains pipe bursting, flooding our house, washing away our walls and damaging all our furniture and cupboards. Our premium increased but after a phone call to MsDusi (sorry if I misspelt it) and explaining what has happened, he reviewed the rating and kept the increase below inflation level. Thanking this great company!!! Brilliant way in which they handled the claim and then great performance from their office staff!!
