The problem with today is that everyone is easy to only see the negative in things. Nobody ever will see a positive thing that happens to them.

Let me share my story! My pregnant wife was in a huge accident where a truck drove into her car on the highway. She and my daughter were luckily not injured seriously, however, the car was a bust.

From the moment of the accident, this has been the most smooth and heartwarming experience I have ever gotten from an insurance company.

Outsurance immediately organized the correct towing company to assist with the breakdown. This was the Saturday. The Monday I called to confirm all the details with them and the experience was so smooth.

I had a lovely lady named Cate Mhlanga who assisted with the claim and she was so professional and sincere towards us. Her service and heartwarming approach to our situation was something out of this world. She wasn't only bothered by the vehicle but whether my family was ok. She reached out and assisted with the claim. This made the trauma and shock much lighter knowing someone cares.

After the first step, another lady named Sarisha Bhaw phoned me and with no let downs too. She was just as awesome as Cate and also just as heartwarming. She processed the payout within no time and explained everything clearly what was required.

Then there was another lady named Terry Ritchie who called to update our policy details as the car was now no longer required to be insured. This lady too was awesome and caring.

Im sorry if I missed a name here but you will know if you were a part of the process and also get a thank you. Like I said, no one ever compliments if something good happens and this is the most I can do to show appreciation towards OUTSURANCE and their staff members going the extra mile.

This company has always been superb since our first signup a few years back. I will never change my insurance company if the service keeps like this.
