I was in a accident on Wednesday and logged my claim on Thursday morning and by Thursday afternoon my claim was approved and my vehicle was sent to the panelbeater. Two days later the Panelbeater informed OUTsurance that my vehicles damage is so extensive that it will have to be written off. They arranged for all my documents and spare keys to be collected and i was paid out the retail value om my vehicle. Through the whole process Ratish Kandhai who was my claims agent kept me informed and made me feel ad ease. I am proud to be an OUTsurance customer and that they are so fast and reliable. I truly recommend them to anyone who wants a great insurance provider.
