BEST INSURANCE COMPANY IN SA

Ive been with Outsurance for almost 13 years now and every time that they have helped with a claim, i never get round to giving them a review. I have had many insurance companies contacting me to change over to them and i can honestly say that I would not even consider switching to another insurance company. Over the 13 years, i have not had a single claim that was denied, every single time they were very, helpful, always friendly and quick with their service. Their service always exceeds my expectations. I recently dealt with TIDA ROUX from the legal department at outsurance. Her service was outstanding. When a person has an insurance claim, the conditions surrounding the claim are usually very stressful, and yet every time Ive dealt with their consultants even though my situation is unpleasant, when im done dealing with them, i feel a lot better and not as stressed out, and that is due to their friendliness and willingness to help. One of the few companies in sa who still have such high regard for good service.
