She kept my wife calm on the phone while at the accident scene and explained everything that we needed to do,and all the info we needed from the other party aswell as photos that needed to be taken From the day of the accident up until my car was fixed it took 3weeks,and I was kept updated all the way Excellent service Outsurance....no wonder I have been with you for almost 10 years now.👌👌👌👌
