I had an accident on Friday night. Car door was damaged. I phoned Outsurance and had the pleasure of speaking with Eugene Goosen. What a gem! I was blown away with his attitude and he just generated positivity. I am really impressed with the service I received. Whilst on the call with him the call was cut off and i did not even realise the call had been cut off until he called me back! People like Eugene should be in every company for the success of that company. His great customed service has turned me into a loyal customer. Outsurance is so awesome I will remain a loyal customer. I also spoke with Mary and it is very impressive that she calls me to keep me in the loop of what is happening. Outsurance you are an awesome company. Please keep it up and huge up to Eugene Goosen??
