Shireen has made my last enquiry with Outsurance the best ever. She was just awesome in trying to assist me in anyway she could possibly do. She kept me updated during the course of the day of what is happening with my enquiry. Constantly keeping me in the loop of things. Her service and the way she handled everything was just amazing. I did see that she was going the extra mile and out of her way to assist in resolving what she could.
