The level of assistance and professionalism from the following is nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! ?????

We had a house ******* and the ******* cleaned us out with our valuables, electronics and grocery even meat from the fridge? ??♂️

I was grateful that the ******* did not ****, injure nor **** my family. Praise God!????

After the police left (THANK YOU SAPS Alberton) it occured to us the inconvenience caused by the *******.

It finally occurred to me that i will have start l over when my neighbor asked if i did not Insure my contents and I remembered. The call i had with Katlego from Outsurance ???????????? Now I won’t have to start from scratch as they replaced most of my contents. Now we have to focus on the emotional part of the process.

The level of service from Outsurance (Katlego B, Logan N, Simone V and the other lady i forgot her name who came through when i was at New World) was EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you so much
