Best consultant ever!

I've had my fair chance in dealing with call centre agents and mostly I dread it. Today I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Cesare who was totally amazing. I've never experienced such a breathe of fresh air whilst dealing with someone over the phone. If I could afford the premium offered to me I would've taken out insurance with you purely because of the servixe he provided me with. What an asset. Never loose this guy.
