Besides the fact that I have had the best experiences with Outsurance overall I would like to recognize MATHAPELO MADISHA for not just working my claim as a process but with understanding, explanation and care. She took the time to understand, displayed patience and sent me all the information I needed to ensure I have the best outcome but still being forthcoming. You give SA hope in a country where service delivery is a myth.
