i was insured with outsurance through homeloan car and content. my premium on home loan was high and i called to review due to financial hardship. the agent from outsurance was patient, helpful, respectful and extremely helpful. my policy was reduced and he advised all the different scenarios regarding premium etc and access charge. the call back as well was promt and yet was busy at that time, they called back 3 times to ensure my query was resloved. they are good and more importanly, go the extra mile.
