I was on a call with Berenice Pretorious for a car vehicle insurance, although it Outsurance could not beat my current insurance premiums Berenice gave me tips on how the entire insurance industry works and what checks are used to get to the premiums. She took her time in making me understand why Outsurance is the best in S.A. I have to say that I was impressed at how she told me things other insurance sales agents wouldn't have from different insurance company.
