Bella the Beagle Vet Bill

Took my dog to the vet. Send in the claim, to actually realise it is just a hospital plan. Palesa Lejwane was so nice and she took it upon herself to find out, how Bella the dog is doing. Fantastic experience, nice chat and friendly staff! I didn't even bother about the claim after that phone call.
