Being *****ed over Once Again by OutSurance

After a full week after my parents suffered damages due to a house break in...outsurance failed to live up to their 48hr replace and payout promise. Previously when this happened the 'middle man' *****ed my folks over so bad by payouy it took them months to recover and even now the claims handler tell me that 'we try to pay put as little as possible'. R u freaking kidding me?! What about things that need to be repaired and jewellery that is irreplaceable pieces (note when they took this policy non of this and electronic replacements was explained to them..misrepresentation I say). Now they want to source and replace as per value..uhm hello I want to contribute from my own money to get me a better piece of equipment now I must settle for 2nd grade? Y not let us buy our own things and submit receipts or something. They don't complain when taking your money but when you claim it's 1000 different stories and the buck gets passed. I will not allow this to be done to my poor parents AGAIN! Let's hope this assessor has a head *****ed on this time else it will fly in a court of law..enough is enough!
