Being my first motor vehicle accident and claim I did not know what to expect.From the time I made the call the whole process was done professionally and friendly. I was advised and guided throughout and did not feel uncomfortable or intimidated at any time. Even taking the vehicle for assessment was professional and the assessor asked me if I was happy with the quote and where the vehicle was to go for repairs.my courtesy car will be waiting for me when I drop my vehicle at the repair shop.
