Being ignored

On Friday Mr Snyman promised me he will 100% provide me with the recording of the witness. I than emailed him and his manager Jeanine Du Toit with proof of his words to provide the recording. 20 emails later and several attempts to get through calling i am just being ignored. I can post the recording of Mr Snyman and i on youtube and other social platforms and see what the public thinks. Can someone more responsible be of any assistance in this matter?
