Being bul**** to make arrangements even if i’m not the one responsible for causing the accident

M question is how can you claim money from a victim who provided with documents showing that she followed the rules of the road, she is not the one responsible for the accident. Wen we call we now getting different stories because u now don’t want to fix my car. But proof in black and white has been sent, And i also wonder why was i contacted for explaining my side of the Story if you guys have already decided that you are going to hand me over or claim money from me. I have been pestered with calls and the funny part in all this they getting hold of me. I did say that people who have insurance will bully u in the road and think that their company will fight for them even if they doing wrong things, i am going to escalate this matter further as you guys decided that you going to claim from me. I’m going to claim from you the abuse dat i got from your company invasion of privacy but i have been complying all along. You wasted my time by thinking this matter will be resolved amicably.
