Being a pensioner on a fixed pension I found the increase in premiums a challenge. I was considering changing to another company with lower premiums. However I called Outsurance yesterday and spoke to a very sympathetic consultant. After going through my policy she was able to reduce the premium without any change to the cover. I have decided to stay with Outsurance. Moral of my story : If you don't ask you won't get !
