Been with Outsurance for 6 years now after they reduced my premiums considerably. The biggest value to me when I broke down in the middle nowhere. They immediately arranged a tow vehicle to collect me taking the vehicle to my service workshop and me to my door. Standing on the side of the road in the dark was pretty harrowing. Luckily I did not have to wait long due only to the care and efficiency of the Outsurance staff. Recently they also reduced my monthly premiums by R300 due to my change of driving circumstances. Talking to their agent Octavia was a pure joy making calling their call centre a breeze. Would not change insurance company for anything again. Thank you
