Been with Outsurance a couple of years now and never had to "use" them until recently. I was involved in an accident for the first time in my life (rear ender) and was understandably shaken. They took care from start to finish and made sure I understood every step of the way. A few months down the line and I'm moving into my own place, what do I need? Home content insurance, who am I going to call? No one other than Outsurance! It took less then 10 minutes to add onto my policy and their premiums with the new content actually made it cheaper on my policy and I qualified for funeral cover due to the added products.
