Been waiting over a week for money they claimed has been paid.

<p>I submitted a claim with Outsurance over a week ago. The agent phoned me on the 24th and told me the funds are being transfered to me now and will be availble within 48 hours. Its been 7 days later and still no funds.</p> <p>I have phoned the call centre every day with them always just telling me they will get back to me but until now I have yet to get a call from any of the 5 agents I have spoken to.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a business claim and everyday with the equipment is days I am losing money! </p> <p> </p> <p>I feel this is unacceptable. Am I ever gonna get my claim settled? Why am I even paying insurance?</p>
