Been a customer of Outsurance for many years and this is why I love them. Service is exceptional. Fast and efficient with a smile every time. They care! I had a massive pet claim. The consultant was exceptional. She was so kind and caring and moved every mountain to assist me and she got it right and followed up. Every consultant I have dealt with is friendly. They know their product and know it well. I love their app ! They say what they are going to do every time. Every claim submitted has been easy and seamless. Well done Outsurance !
