Beautiful promises, horrible service.
I signed up a few weeks ago. I was promised a R500 cash back because they couldnt beat my current insurance. I spoke to two senior team leaders who "had no idea which promo I mean" and they will get back to me. If a senior manager doesnt know which promo, then I dont want to be part of this company.
