Beat their quote, does not honour R400 back

I had recently bought a new car, and shopped around for insurance quotes. Upon cancelling my cover with Outsurance on my previous vehicle, Outsurance quoted me double that of what I found elsewhere for the new vehicle. According to them, the R400 promise if your quote cannot be beaten is not applicable if you have had cover with them before. When I questioned this, they said that it is in their terms and conditions.<br> <br> Ironically, a senior advisor had asked me to check Hello Peter for complaints and is fully aware that the R400 payment is the most frequently complained about. Terrible service.
