Beat my insurance or my R500 please.

So Outsurance advertises that if it cant beat your current insurance it pays R500, had an awesome experience with the consultant, i cant recall his name, quiet a knowledgable and friendly guy I must say. However i never got the R500 they promised me. Beat my current insurance then, stop advertising false adverts.
