beat insurance premium or get R400 ****

We were with outsurance n evrythn was great. Our vehicle was written off n unfortunately we could not continue with outsurance because we had no vehicle. Now wen we call 4 a cheaper premium or get R400, we are cheated and treated unfairly cause ourmtsurance cant beat our current insurance which came with d new vehicle n url dnt want 2 pay us d R400 as per the advertising.
