Be careful with Outsurance pet insurance

Be careful with Outsurance pet insurance. When I joined I disclosed that my dog had back pain once but the lady on boarding me told me it does not count as a pre-existing condition because there was no diagnosis and the dog fullt recovered. Lo and behold - they informed me after 2 months that it is in fact a pre-existing condition *after* my dog got a diagnosis this week. They were dishonest and *********. Did they plan on taking my premium without reaching out to tell me that they have changed their minds? Would not recommend.
