Be careful of this
So I tried to claim a broken computer which I'm being denied because I forgot to tell them about a claim for a computer around 2.5yrs ago. Instead of meeting me perhaps halfway and working out what my installment would have been and deduct it off the claim which to me makes good sense as I'm a reasonable person. The steps taken is that it went to a what they called a 'board' to discuss further on this past Friday. Without anyone informing me what is going on I picked up the pieces that I'm not getting this claim by going onto their app. Inside the App they marked my claim as 'completed' and they removed the cover I had for my computer without getting into contact with me. Just to put the cherry on the top my installment of all my other insurance by them stayed the same as if this never happened...
