BE AWARE Cancel with outsurance and they will see to it your itc score goes down drastically!

So after I canceled by outsurance this effects my credit score? I spoke to two people today and they don't know what to do about this, the problem is clear there's an error but they don't know how to fix this. I'm in the process of buying a house I can't deal with this now OUTSURNACE! My bond application was declined last month and im going back on Wednesday to reapply this is surely going to effect things don't you think? BTW I'm paying R3600 for this and I won't get that many back if I get declined. I NEED THIS ISSUE RESOLVED! What the hell guys there are more than a thousand people complaining about their credit score getting affected after they cancel by you guys and the problem still exists!!!!
