<p>Outsurance and DSTV is currently ruining a promotion where you can get 5 movie credits on DSTV Box Office if you get a quote. </p> <p>I went through the 40 min process with Dewald from Outsurance. </p> <p>First they couldn't beat my current premium as their quote was more than double what I pay now, but that's not my issue. </p> <p>I was supposed to get a link via email to claim my Box office credits and still have not received this</p> <p> I did get the unique code via sms but not the link.</p> <p>Today I tried to get help by calling the call centre and after 6 failed attempts I am still no closer to a resolution. </p> <p>I assume Dewald just got my email wrong or...?</p>
