Badmouthing by employee

I find it very distasteful when your sales personnel badmouth the company they work for; i.e. Outsurance in this case.

The lady in question is not afraid to make the following comments and statements at parties we have attended with a select few friends.

"Don't ever get outsurance. They do no pay-out. Even we do not have policies at outsurance. We just work there".. Ha-ha-ha.
