Badd bad servive from outsurence

Outsurence is n really bad company they wil make sure you cant claim and do not want to help you I tried to claim for my laptop after it broke , they said i must take it to a repair shop for n assesment witch i did and they then said they want there own laptop repair company to look at it and stil they dident want to help they wil just find every reason not to help i am writing online exams and missed n exams due to them streching out the whole prosses they laptop repair company stil has my laptop and stil hasent gived it back iets been almost 2 week without any cominication from them i payed my insurence every month and for what because they keep my money and say sorry the claim is rejected they wil find any reason not to let you claim now i cant write exams and wil fail when i needed them they did not help but when i payed every month there is not problem this bad bad bad service
