Bad vehicle insurance

Let me share my disgruntlement with OUTsurance, they have recently invested quite abit in commercial marketing of their brand and products, and talk is very big but guess what they are not any different or better like the rest of the Mickey Mouse insurances,when it’s claim time there’s stories and find any reason to reject your claim.

I could not believe that the same people who proclaims that they on your side can be so unreasonable and unfair about on a claim, I won’t even mention how manipulative their claims advisor who will play with words for you so that can make out any reason to reject your claim

So next time one is looking for vehicle insurance be, on the look out for OUTsurance they not the best that they make themselves out to be. I payed my premiums with the. For over two years I never defaulted on payments of my premiums I paid them on time, my vehicles were all perfect mechanical and roadworthy condition, I have sent all necessary doc, my driver Licence,permits,roadworthy cert, Accident report and they still rejected my claim.
