Bad surance. Not outsurance !
Bad service. All marketing and no performance. Claim free for over 10 years but after Outsurance replace my geyser then the next day my gate motors battery got ******. Dont trust them or their contractors.!! Called ousurance but they will not help. Bad bad bad.!! Chris

This was very alarming to see what had transpired regarding our service provider.
Lwethu our claims manager contacted you to discuss the allegations in detail. He informed you that it is very difficult to prove theft without concrete evidence however we did notify our procurement department to investigate. Lwethu has advised you to register a claim so that we can assist with the motor and we will reduce the excess which you were happy with.
