Bad sick assessors with hidden agendas
Worst rogue company ever do not deal with them their assessors are ***** and ***** with others in the industry. They make me sick!!!!!! pay a fortune in false advertising about how good they are but they anything but.

Following our private reply to you - we immediately escalated the matter to a claims manager, who has since been in contact with you to address your concerns in detail.
We can assure you that our assessing team does not make decisions to appoint service providers as a means to cause undue frustration to our clients. We are sorry to see that this experience has made you feel this way.
We can now confirm that our claims manager has been in contact with you again today for finalise your claim by way of a cash settlement - which you have accepted.
We pride ourselves in awesome service and are saddened to see that this has not been your experience with us. We value your feedback and continued support.

26 Mar 2021, 17:46I wish to sincerely thank Outsurance for going the extra mile to review the claim and kudos to them for resolving the matter speedily. I will continue to keep dealing with Outsurance for the prompt reply and making our experience so much better, Its now my opinion there are really great Managers within the organization that takes instant action for a more pleasing experience. Once again we as a family for one will recommend Outsurance for the action they took and turning a bad experience into a pleasing one! My rating therefore changes to 4 stars
