BAD SHOW OUTSURANCE !!!

I had the unfortunate incident this morning (30/3/2022) in that I hit a serious pothole on Ontdekkers Road. Damage was caused to two of my wheel rims. I phoned outsurance at 08-48 and expected assistance and directives as to what I should do. NO, the agent only wanted to open a case and offered no worthwhile assistance whatsoever. I asked for a 'manager or the like' to phone me back which, as of now (10-27) has not happened. I am really dismayed by the lack of help from outsurance. I expected that they would have a person or team that takes matters like pothole incidents and explains what the owner of the damaged vehicle needs to do as regards any claim from the road agency concerned. BAD SHOW OUTSURANCE, NOT WHAT I EXPECTED AFTER SUPPORTING YOU FOR 25 YEARS OR MORE !!!!
