bad servoce

i was involved in a car accident first week of January,the other party accepted his fault and agreed to pay for the damages through his insurance. i was advised by Outsurance consultant (Camini) that it would be quicker if i pay for the access myself then they(Outsurance) will deal with his insurance there after. we are in August now and no one has come back to me and my money is not yet payed back, i have no clue what is going. the consultant that i was referred to(Nkululeko) has no clue and i have sent several emails with no luck. this is clearly a useless service hence am paying my instalment on monthly basis. was i given false promises??????
