Morning i sat in a bad situation i put in a claim Thursday night i call yesterday outsurance they book me a hired car after 2hours they call me says i must return the car after i drove more than 100km to my house i was a wake for the whole night with the accident they says i had not cover because primumum not received while i got sms from the bank says the debit order of outsurance goes off They hired company collect the car bit now who have to pay for the collection of the car Because outsurance was not supposed to book the car in the first place they now i had to pay for there mistakes not fair
I sat with swollen leg of the incident i need to get medicale attention i had to travel more than 100km from my house to rhe hospital
So i will just collect my car to go the dokter because with this pain leg i can't hike or wait for a taxi
I am very disappointed in outsurance yesterday i call in the whole day no one can help me just says i dont have cover
While i call in Thursday to add my bakkie on the policy and reinstate my cover on the polo because i now i will travel a long distance and anything can happen
So the lady help me inform me and assure me that i had cover again from Thursday and they will submit a debit order yesterday which did goes off the debit order
But yesterday i was inform i did not have cover
I am sitting in pain with my leg regret i move from budegt insurance who was there when i need them
I will collect my car this morning to get to hospital I will drove it as it is Me and my wife had a joint policy witht outsurance Selma lings
This is now way out of hand i did not give outsorance contsent to share my personal information

Our claims team have discussed the claim rejection in detail with you. A condition of cover is that you need to pay your premium. Your premium returned as unpaid therefore you had no cover for the period. The claim rejection was emailed to you.
Subsequent to your review, our claims manager, Tebogo, has been unsuccessful in his attempts to reach you. Emails and SMSes have been sent to you notifying you of our attempts.
