bad service when it comes to claiming

Car was in accident,not even my mistake someone drove into my driver, now they do not want to pay as they said he is listed as secondary driver plus after it took them almost a month to give me a answer they still have not given me on paper why claim was rejected.Have paid installments from June 2013 and all of a sudden that counts for nothing,have another car there plus house content but are definitely cancelling all and moving somewhere else.As if that is not enough they have incorrect email address plus phone number on schedule and are sending all personal data to someone else. How does that happen ??? I have asked for copy's of recordings to take matter further but 2 days later nothing , they want to go through it first...plus after they promised me to tow car to another panel beater nothing still waiting ..outsurance you can stuff your R400 for beating any quote i need someone that will actually be there when one needs insurance<br> <br>
