BAD SERVICE UNPROFESSIONAL

I have always rated Outsurance as one the best insurance company in the country , The service I have received from Charles van Rooyen has been terrible, , unprofessional and very disappointing . Outsurance was unable to offer me a lower premium on my property cover and as per their promo campaign they were suppose to give an amount of R 500.00 as I was claim free for less than a year . Charles the consultant handling this matter claimed that I qualified after receiving all documents he had requested . I am not sure whether this promo was real because Charles has been unable to deliver as per his promises . The excuses he gave are so unbelievable and I would wasting my time and anyone`s time reading this massage.
