Bad service resolving Sias administration
SIAS Administration ( outsurance)
I have been busy with my credit rating as I have settled most of my accounts and updated some policies.
I have noticed that I have a account as Active wich shows SIAS administration Outsurance R425,00.
I made contact with Outsurance but a very unfriendly lady assisted me rather asking me what she should do and am I sure this is my information.
I explained to her that I need her to send a email to the credit Bureau and a copy to me as well stating that I am no longer with Outsurance and have no outstanding balances .
She even told me I do not owe anything to them and I have no policies with them I was a good client when I was with them and they received my money but now they cannot help me as I no longer owe them since 2019 and I need them to clear it from their side.
If they cannot respond or help I will then need to contact the Ombudsman, awaiting a reply from Outsurance.

The information on the screenshot refers to policy, OT***8 MRS C LEANER, which was cancelled on the 11/12/2019. We will send correspondence to the Credit Bureaus requesting them to update your payment profile to reflect that the policy is cancelled with R0 current balance. It is standard Credit Bureau industry practice to reflect cancelled policies on the consumer’s profile. This will reflect on the consumer’s profile for 3 years but should reflect a R0 current balance. We confirm there is no amount owing to OUTsurance. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
