Bad Service Providers

We had a burst geyser last month, a supplier replaced it, while replacing it they damaged my ceiling, did not empty the old geyser and poured dirty water all over my walls as well as family photo's. 18 hours after repairing the ceiling we had another burst pipe in the ceiling. The supp**** a report to say they never damaged the pipe or disturbed it and we had to pay a second access and lodge a second claim because no one was interested. When the second pipe burst it had a build up of water in the ceiling and gushed out leaving a huge gaping hole in the ceiling and soaking into my wooden floors. we have since lodged the 2nd claim the ceiling has been repaired however the company that has come out to do the floors keeps breaking promises to make contact or makes appointments and no one arrives they were sending someone out to re-evaluate on Monday and again no one arrived can we now get them replaced or get this completed its ridiculous. I have had to pay twice and still have an open job !!!!
