Bad service / Promise
<p>After publishing my 1st review of outsurance they contacted me by mail the very same day (Alet Foppen) and about 30min later a consultant phoned me and enquired about my complain. She promised me that withing 2 days she will get back to me, 7 working days has passed since. Alet has responded on Hello Peter as if they are really interested to dealing with my issues. All words and no action.</p>
Finally outsurance has decided to pay out 100% of my claim, i dont know how must i rate them because it was such an effort.
