Bad service OutSurance

My mom of 82 years had lodge a complaint with outsurance with attempted theft on her vehicle. Outsurance had send the vehicle o Lens Motors in Medowdale. This ****ons did not fix the vehicle. they were suppose to fix the following: bonet, steeringlock, door locks, grill, line up the lights and anti hijack wiring. they only fix the bonet, door locks. the idiots take the keys of the petrol cap and throw it away so my mom cant put petrol in the vehicle and she got stuck next to the road and you know how dangerous it is. can you contact me urgent Antoinette ***
