Bad Service on claim

I drove through a pothole, and there were some damages to my car. Currently driving around with the sparewheel and damages.<br> <br> My outsurance contact PRINCESS MDLALOSE, seemed eager to help at first. After emailing and calling, trying to find a place that will fix my car in the outsurance network, I asked for her assistance to find a company in their network to help. I have had no response from her what so ever thus far.<br> <br> If I knew their service would be this bad, I would have gone with another company
