Bad service no feedback to my escalation

I have received the most unbelievable bad service From outsurance. I was left stranded by this car insurance last week Wednesday morning. I took the policy in July this year because I was not happy with my previous insurance access fee, I then decided to try this wonderful insurance that I always see on TV. Only to found out on the day I am seeking for their assistance that I was actually sold a big lie. I escalated the matter on the same day and was promised to get feedback ASAP within 24hrs after listening to the call. When I took this policy I was told I am on a comprehensive with road assistance, towing cover( for R5000 access fee that is not payable upfront ) including mechanical warranty cover for R1013 access(payable upfront) , On Wednesday when I called OUT to get help as my car had power issues and could not move, I got shocking news. I was told I had no towing or road assistant benefits and I am not on compressive cover. I was paying R600 with my previous insurance and moved to OUT for R891 thinking I have all mentioned above benefits. Tiisetso Mlaudzi and her supervisor told me to get myself towed and pay from my own pocket and get to the nearest Car service City for the car to be diagnosed and they will only help with the machenical claim. I did that and left my car, understand the impression of being helped by OUT. I called customer care same day and escalated the gentleman who mislead me and till this day I have not received feedback from any of outensurance consultant including the supervisor. On Thursday car service quoted me and send the report to Tiisetso who declined my claim when they saw R20000 claim. I currently have no care, no feedback from the famous outensurance and have a bill of R20000. People Outensurance is a ****. I even ask the lady I escalated the matter to on Wednesday if it make sense to cancel a full compression Cover of R600pm to be covered on a Pathetic R891 MWarranty only, no road assistance no towing,incase of accident I get only R35000 to fix. I am not going to let this go and outensurance must be exposed that they **** customer and sell them lies. I am expecting this matter to be dealt with immediately and someone with feedback to give me answers and the solution to the R20000 bill. Outensurance has no empathy to their customers.
