Bad service from Outsurance.
Very bad service. When it comes to taking my money for insurance every month it is exactly up to date. A promise of an outbonus ha ha. I have received an email that my outbonus was payed in on the 30 th of November 2019 wich was a Saturday today is Tuesday i am still waiting for my outbonus. It is not much but a promise is a promise. Now they say it takes time to process. Five working days. Very bad service from Outsurance. How long will it take them to assist me if there was an accident or roadside emergency? Maybe also five working days?
