Bad Service from Outsurance

I have been with outsurance for the past seven (7) years for building cover without major claims. Earlier this year, one of my solar geyser was damaged by continuous electrical surges due to loadshedding and I reported this to them. A company was appointed to fix this problem, late when I asked why does it take so long they indicated that they are reconfiguring the solar system because the system was not compliant. I asked why now because the system was certified and never gave any problem before. Unfortunately, it was too late cause they ********** my system claiming that they are reconfiguring in line with new regulations and they messed up my solar system to an extend that my solar system was no longer working and my electricity bill even went up. After few weeks I then decided to report this to Outsurance and two suppliers where appointed to assess. They confirmed that the system was not installed correctly and they had to appoint one of the supplier to fix this. Two or three weeks down the line one of the geyser started leaking and they claimed it has burst. Now all of the sudden I am told I am claiming too much and they are increasing my excess from R1030.00 to R3500.00. How the hell can I be penalized for unforeseen, as if I am irresponsible or reckless. Is this how Outsurance treat their client when they have to pay the claims whereas they have been enjoying our premiums without claiming ?
